It did that for me, too, and at the very top (where you can't see) it says "Thank you!" So you got it.

I just got off the phone with a regional manager who said the site has over 50,000 hits/orders over night. That's why the samples weren't sent out. They're calling everyone, one by one, to see how serious they were about the product since there's a limited number of samples to give. If you're not serious about possibly buying, then resign your submission when they call.

btw, it's an 801 number, in case you see them calling.
