On February 23, 2010 IHOP is celebrating National Pancake Day by giving you one free short stack. Available from 7am - 10pm. The best time to go in most IHOP restaurants during this day is from 8pm-10pm or sometimes if you go at 6am they may even give you the pancakes, depends on the manager.
