Looks like a DVD burner software.... Not completely sure.

The thing is, this will not work with a normal CD burner... You already have to have a DVD burner.

Also I looked on the site, it looks like there is already a free version that works for a limited time then you have to pay for it.


TL;DR
If you have a DVD burner already, it's just software to help you do that.

A DVD ripper converts commercial DVD discs to digital format for viewing on computers, Ipods, cell phones, etc. This particular ripper can rip MANY DRM protected DVDs. It is one of the few that can rip Disney DVDs. WinX DVD Ripper is one of the better rippers, and is much better than most free rippers.
