Most of us got these when Chris posted it about a month ago:

But I had forgotten all about it too until I logged in to get coupons. And mine hasn't come yet.
As an aside, this is a good deal, as even wholesale, the blanks are like $5 a piece. Here's an idea of how to personalize yours with a few $ worth of polymer clay:

If you do this, you need to take something and scratch up the surface to give it a "tooth" so the clay can adhere.
Temporary tatoos (even the inkjet kind) are another way to adorn them. The plain cover is kind of boring.

I must have missed it when Chris posted it, but I got it now. And that reminded to go back and get the Black & Mild shaker from the other day. The website wasn't working right for me when it was posted.
