My Kroger stores here will not honor a coupon if the price of product is under the value of the coupon. Walmart will, if I am lucky to find a cashier that knows how to price adjust coupons, but they are a needle in a haystack. Rare to get overage for me at Walmart but sometimes it does happen. So, I'll just stick with my sure thing, CVS.

 

Ah, it all depends on which cashier I get, but the Kroger where I live is usually really good about accepting coupons. I think they just don't care lol.

 

Target will price adjust too, forgot about that.

Each one is a unique coupon, you can't get a pdf of it. It wouldn't work then if you did.
