the items with coupons have a box underneath the item. you just need to check the box and it adds the coupon to the cart.

I tried to use the code and the same deal. But when I put in my payment info, it states that it is declined. I am using a visa gc that has $6 on it. When I read the FAQ, it states that it puts a hold on your account for more than your order amount.
