Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market stores will give away free reusable canvas bags to shoppers who spend $10 or more on Earth Day (I know, not free, but keep reading), April 22. This one says by noon, but I think they mean after noon. IDK. It is actually a contest, but they are giving away 10k, so the odds are pretty good
