Free Guide to Free Crochet Patterns eBook

The Allfree site is "ok", a little too spammy for my taste though. Not wanting to thread jack but to expand on your post about some good pattern sources, if you don't mind :) . You had me at Crochet.
http://crochetpatterncentral.com/ is also a wonderful pattern consolidation site without all the ads (a lot of the links go straight to yarn company sites and to people's personal crochet blogs). For Crocheters looking for decent FREE ebooks, you can get them alot of the time for FREE from the different yarn websites from their newsletter (I've gotten several from Lion Brand, Caron, etc...), you just have to watch for them ( I just got some this week from Caron Brand). Also, if you check out the forums on https://www.ravelry.com - It's a knitting and crochet community that is FULL of patterns and help from other knitters and crocheters (of every level, from the long timers, to the newbies)-They have a GREAT forum area with all SORTS of info and conversations regarding knitting and crochet (and roving, weaving, spinning, etc)! There are people that link to their for sale patterns on their patterns sections, but there are also ALOT of free patterns listed. LOTS of tutorials too, and crochet-alongs. I have been on there for awhile and LOVE the feeling of the community. LOTS of people also post in progress pics of their projects too. The forums are also heavy with people looking for pattern testers (if you're a decent crocheter!), which means, in return for your feedback, you will get to keep a pattern that may retail for a pretty decent amount. Anyway, just my friendly input to your thread, hope you don't mind  .

I agree with mykatz - a bit spammy. But that being said: thanks to you both! I'm always looking for something new to crochet - esp with thread.
