H.E.B has free GTC compact flourescent bulbs u can get up to 3 free. once at the checkout counter the cashier should offer them to you but if they dont just ask for them everyone is getting them free...

I dont know I went shopping yesterday and then again today at two different ones and got 3 of them at each one ...maybe they were just giving away their extra ones....
