As far as I know, the codes won't cover shipping.

I emailed them and I just got a response:

We greatly appreciate your interest in our merchandise, and will gladly
assist you in any way possible. At this time, we are anticipating the
Gift Card will be emailed to you within 24-72 hours. Please note that
each friend you refer must register with us in order for your to qualify.
If you do not receive the email within this time frame, please contact us
and we will forward the matter to our Billing Department so your Gift Card
