Stay away from SERVE! they charged my credit card multiple charges for no reason and I never got the promotion money. I ended up filing a BBB claim against them. I have the emails as proof.
I am not attaching any credit cards, etc. I will wait until I get card in mail and use it that way. Probably will close after spend whats on card. Just got email for the additional 10.00 for the trivia. Now showing 20.00. takes 7 to 10 days for card to come per their customer service.
you cant verify the account with a prepaid credit card, I tried that first. So you cant transfer the funds to it.

Went well for me I have been using serve for several months and had no problems, but if you have to call customer service they are awesome. No false charges and no waiting for me.

DH just got the 10.00 trivia and we did not link an acct. We both had issues with us being able to go in and accept it under details. It would not open up. Had to call on mine and they did it for me and called me back. With DH, having to do the same thing.
