This offer valid from 09/21/2012 to 10/31/2012 . Offered through the Amex website and Facebook Link, Like, Love currently, but not for every one.
YMMV, I got the offers on 3 of 4 cards. Have not figured out how to add additional cardholders yet through the Amex website, but should be able to do it via Facebook Sync.
According to ls1_01: After checking with amex they said that even though a list of locations appeared it is valid at any best buy location including bestbuy.com as long as it's the offer running till 10/31. Ymmv
Login to your card account at americanexpress.com. Go into "Statement & Activity", "Recent Activity". On the right-hand side, under "Manage Your Tags", you should see an offer for "Best Buy" among others. Click on "Add To Card".
