I keep getting this error message "The items in your cart do not yet meet the minimimum requirements for the promotion you entered." The shoes I had were over $13 and were toddlers. Is there a certain brand?

from what I read on hip2save you have to have a target card to get this deal it is only for cardholders

It works for non red card holders as well, just that it's best with the red card to get free shipping while non-red card holders will have to pay for shipping.
