I LOVE Google Voice! It's so easy to set up and it's great for signing up for freebies. You can have it forward calls to your home phone or cell phone, or you can put it as "Do Not Disturb" and it'll act like an online voicemail box! It never expires like some other online voicemail services! You can even use it to call people when you don't want them knowing your real number. Like, you put in the number you want to call, it will call you, and then it will call the other person. For the other person, your Google Voice number will show up. Also, you can TEXT! However they don't have it set up to text to short codes But, best of all, IT'S FREE!

this sounds interesting...why must you have an invite?...and does google track all of your calls like they do online with the analytics program?...
