I went Brenden Theatre the other night with my husband and after we got settled there was a group of loud teenage girls running around our theatre. I understand teens are a little immature and sometimes when let loose without supervision they get crazy, but really no need to run around loudly laughing and talking in a quiet room? No one came into that room to even check on us until towards the end of the movie. :mad:
Anyhow my husband had went out and missed part of the film to go tell security what was going on.
I went to the Brenden Theatre website I filled out the comment card on there (it's like a mini survey with a little comment box) and in the limited space I had I just expressed the most important concern. They emailed me within 24 hours and are sending me free tickets. :h5:
So if you go to the movies and it is not as comfortable then it is for you at home email them tell them how your experience was ans they will gladly send you replacement. It's not fair you should suffer and loose valuable time and money right?
