this may or may not represent ALL customer service issues for CVS however. as you knwo i suffered some very very rude treatment by a cashier over my use of coupons and ECBs this last week. Well i met with the manager who was very polite, apologetic and funny too!! He gave me a $25 gift card for my troubles and thanked me for beign so patient and for not holding all of CVS accountable for his one cashier's bad behaviour. she is being asked tonight if she actually wants her job or not. LOL wonder if she will quit?
