I emailed Nestle about the Nestle Breakers club asking about my application since I had not heard anything and they replied back this:

Thank you for taking the time to contact Nestlé® Nesquik® Promotion regarding your breaker application. We welcome questions and comments from loyal consumers and appreciate this opportunity to assist you.

We have reviewed and researched your email. The Nesquik Breakers is an advocacy group comprised of adults ages 23-35. Your application was rejected since you did not meet the age requirements. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We would like to assure you that we have reported your comments to our Marketing department. We are committed to providing you with products that live up to your high standards for taste, quality, nutrition and enjoyment - in short, "the very best."

Additionally, we are sending a letter containing a full value coupon via regular mail to the address provided. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

We appreciate your interest in our products and hope you will visit our website often for the latest information on our products and promotions.

Now this would be fine if I didn't actually fall in the age range that they are saying but I do so it makes not sense. I emailed them back telling them this so we will see what they say...but I am irritated because I kind of feel lied to...due to the fact that if they really looked they would see my age does fall in there. They obviously didn't look into it too hard and then I am irritated because they are saying sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused me but guess what their response is causing more inconvenience! I will update on what happens!

I have applied twice...once when chris posted it and then I didn't hear anything so then after someone got stuff I tried again and still nothing. I was so mad about the email I called the company and left a message with a lady there because according the gal that answers the phone she can't find the person in their system (in america or globally) that sent me the misinformed email. So now I am just waiting for this gal to call me back

So I just recieved an email congradulating me on being picked to be a part of the Nesquik Breakers. So I guess it helps to question things sometimes!

Did you use the message form on the Nestle site, or did you find an email address to contact someone through?

apparently the easiest way to become a breaker is to email them. i did this after applying twice and getting no response. as soon as i emailed them the got back to me telling me i showed great enthusiasm and that i could be a member. i am still waiting for them to approve my event so i can get all the cool stuff. they do have lots of fun ways to earn points and pretty good rewards, like a 50$ gift card to toys r us for 5,000 points. i just joined about 4 days ago and i already have 1995 points!
