YooHoo Not a nice company!

My daughters had surgery a month ago to have their tonsils and adenoids removed. When we brought them home from the hospital they refused to eat or drink anything! I ran to the store to buy every drink ever made, just to get them to drink something! I usually only give my kids a 100% juice, but I was desperate so I bought YooHoo's! Turned out this was the only thing my two girls would drink, of course! I wrote YooHoo to tell them about this story and they're reply was just plain rude. They said if I was looking for coupons to look in my newspaper or store! I was trying to be nice and give them a compliment, the big meanies! I wrote back and told them if this is how they treat nice compliments with a rude email I will never buy from them again! I also told them I would be writing a bad company review on them too! So here it is, they suck! ( I wish there was a smiley that would stick it's tongue out!) :mad:

I have received that response from many companies....you just have to try not to take it personal and move on..there are alot of companies out there that will send something so don't stop trying! :)

wow, I am surprised they were so rude, like you would make something up like that!!! I would try to find the CEO or some other big wig for them info and write them a letter and tell them why you will never buy their product again, not for coupons but for your own satisfaction!!

personally thats when i make a freaking phone call and beeeeaaatcchhh at being treated like that. it sometimes gets you somewhere to inform them how offensive their form letter response that had nothing to do with what you said is! :mad:

Thanks everyone! I really was just trying to make an honest compliment! The drink is cheap enough I wouldn't need coupons. On top of that I don't give my kids drinks like that often. That was a one time desperate measure type thing!
