i recintly recieved a sample of cover girls tru blend foundation. the samples they sent me were not even close to my shade. i was very dissapointed. so i remember leigh saying how she "sqeeked" about the whole traditional medicnines tea samples-chris made a link to sighn up for more free samples and she sighned up and then got an email saying that they couldnt send her more samples because she sighned up for them already. so i remember saying that she emailed them and complained. thats what i decided to do. i emailed them and asked them for diffrent samples and even gave them some ideas. they emaied me back and said that they didnt have any more samples but that my '"satisfaction was very important to them". they were gona send me a coupon. 2 weeks later i got an envelope in the mail with an apolagy letter saying that" my satisfaction was very imprtant to them" and stapled to them was 2 coupons for 2.00 off any cover girl cosmetic product and also included was a coupon for 1.25 off crest pro health and .50 cents off charmin fresh mates. i was very pleased with this! this is defintly a great company who definlty cares about how their consumers feel about there products.
