I recently bought a mascara that seemed dry and used up. Lately I've bought so many products that are terrible that I finally had to complain to one. I emailed them and told them the product seemed dried out, like I already needed to buy a new one. They sent an email saying they received my complaint and would get back to me. One week later I got a coupon in the mail to enjoy any one free MaxFactor product and a coupon for $2 off toothpaste. I'm so very happy, it makes me want to buy from them again and again!
