When i got an email saying that the coupon code for the free t-pods is wrong. I mistakely deleted it and eventually a post said the company could send full value coupons. I was shocked and little bit upset. But when I spoke on the phone witha rep. The rep was so friendly and offered me that the company can send the coupon without requiring the code. I was so thrilled. I got the coupon and senseo is very nice!!!
