I just got this e-mail:

Dear Sandra,

For those of you who asked where to get a Wii this season and not get ripped off, Walmart has them live and instock right now at $249.24. These were supposed to go live on Monday as Walmart negotiated a big shipment with Nintendo, but they won't be around long, and there's still time to get them shipped.

So, if this was on your list and you don't want to get gouged on Ebay, now's the time to get one. This is an online deal only!

Don't forget the accessories - if you have more than one kid, (that includes your spouse), you'll need additional game controllers and a few extra games. Wii comes with Wii Sports 5-pk games, which in and of itself is very entertaining. Watch for Wii games to be onsale at Toys R Us within the last week of Christmas - they ran some screamin' deals last year on games right up until Christmas Eve!

Best Wishes!

My hubby paid a bloated price on Ebay last year for it. He had stood in a few lines for a few weeks before giving up and buying one on Ebay. He paid like 50 bucks more than he would have after taxes.

I love Mario. I am "old school". I never liked the playstation or xbox. Plain old Nintendo. Mario, Zelda, and almost every game show or board game. I am there.
