I cant find the Walmart forum.


I got a flyer from Walmart today and it shows Green Giant Steamers on sale for $1, so if you have any of the $1 off coupons, totally free. I'm confused though because it doesnt say the dates of the sale but at the very bottom it does say Event Dates Wed 17 - Wed 24th. I dont remember them every using the word Event to describe the sales date, so I dont know. I think I'm going to go tomorrow to find out!

I went last wednesday and got the steamers for $1...It wasn't in their ad and their wasn't a sale sign...just rang up that way..they are usually $1.22...who know how walmart works but i was happy...got 4 bags using expired coupons...they didn't seem to care about that either as long as it scanned...my cashier that day was wonderful...made me actually like shopping at walmart that day!:xmas:

I'm going to look for the body wash tonight. I have about 15 bags of steamers, too.

A couple of things I remember from the other one...
Lipton onion soup mix is 83 cents. There are 75 cents off 2 coupons, so it's 91 cents for 2 boxes.
Raisins (6 medium size boxes) are $1.03 at my Walmart. Coupon is for $1/2 so, $1.06 for 2 packages.
Meow mix cat treats are 97 cents. Coupon is for 75 cents off so 22 cents each.
Lawry's taco seasoning...$1/4 comes out to a good deal. Don't remember the price right now off the top of my head.

I've been getting like 5 Goodys things at a time. I really really love that freebie! You're right it makes an awesome addition plus I get some for myself! lol My husband and I dont have any extra money for each other this year and he knows I have freebies saved back for him (which he says is not fair), so I gave him ten $2 off Goodys coupons and explained to him that if he buys some of the $1.46 ones it gives him overage to buy the others. So, he went to Walmart and bought a bag of stuff for me! I think it made him feel better about all the freebie gifts I have stashed for him. I realized about 4 months ago that I shouldnt be giving him this stuff when it comes in the mail, that I should save it!!

My Walmart had the Steamers on sale for $1.08 last week (they are usually $1.98 at my Walmart) and since I had already used all my coupons, I bought 20 off Ebay. Only problem is we are getting a freezer for Christmas but I want to get the 20 bags now while they are free!

There was a coupon in the 12/7 sunday supplement (ss? is that the term) for $1/1 Duck Brand Packaging Tape (which is the clear) ... I tried it today at Walmart on a .99 package of the actual Duck Tape (1.88 in x 10yd) ... no problem, wasn't sure it would go through and it did. Free Duck tape woohoo.

I just got back from Wal-Mart. Some of the Goody ouchless bands that were 2.28 last week are on clearance this week for 1.75. The coupon still worked for them so I got .25 overage on each one.

The rayovac batteries are .94 cents. The coupon scanned without any issues.

The Lawry's taco seasoning is .46 cents. So, if you get 3 of them that's 1.38 take away the $1/3 coupon means .38 cents for 3 packages of taco seasoning.

Seems like there was something else but I don't remember.
I had to buy antifreeze and I was bummed about that because it had to come out of my grocery money. The best deal I could find was $9. But, as luck would have it, there was a $5 MIR on there. So now I'm kind of happy. Or happier. :kekeke:

I went to my walmart today and they didn't have the betty crocker potatoes on sale. I did manage to score 1 of the last gillette body washes for free with the $2 QP, a free crest weekly clean that I got in the mail, a free snausages that I got in the mail, and another kotex with the $1/1 QP I had. Total OOP was a big fat .67 in tax.

Walmart has their Nestle Toll House Cookie dough in the tub on sale for 2/3.00 with the 1.00 off one will make them .50. They are the gingerbread, sugar cookie, peanut butter and the limited edition mint swirled chocolate chip. I got 18 of them today. Swiss miss is on sale also for 1.00, with the .30 off coupons final cost .70

I went to the other Walmart, found one fusion set, and it was still 10 bucks. But I did find a McGraw cologne for 5, and a Vanilla Fields set for 7.50. My hubby loves the McGraw, and my grandmother the Vanilla Fields, so good prices to me. Oh and cars pencils and things like that that they put out for stocking stuffers. They were half off and make good goody bag stuffers for birthdays! They had a ton of bath gift sets, but I didn't have the extra money. So if you read this, peanut24, GO TO WALMART! They have a ton of cranberry scented bath stuff VERY cheap!

Also on the arm and hammer website you can print off a coupon for those refillable multipurpose solution (the ones they had a good deal on at CVS) well they were $2 (walmart) and the coupons on the website are for a dollar off, so you get a pretty good deal on those. They they the multipurpose solution and they window one too.

Honestly, after you were sure it was bogo. I read it and re-read it and I could see it as bogo too. The wording wasnt very clear. I dont know what it is really supposed to be, but it worked for me to get one free. So, I dont know. I've heard though w/the coding of coupons that they cant code more than one thing on there, so if they tried to do bogo and have an OR like they did for $1.25 off one it would still work to take $1.25 (or less) of the one item I got free. So, really either way they meant the coupon to be it would have worked to get one free, if what I have read on the coupon coding is correct.

I have been in like 7 Walmarts to find them! lol Some have them on an end cap and some actually have them with the taller ones. Some stores just dont carry them.

I think they must be a promo item. At first they were on an end cap and then later they were in the big middle of the aisle. Today I went back and they were all gone. :(

The Air Wick were 4.97 at my Walmart today. So, you might check yours again (momofbee) if they weren't before.

Well the airwick things, My target clearanced all them out for 4.24 a piece and I had 5 3.00 Q's so got each one for 1.24 which I think is pretty good. I didn't have any 4 dollar q's.

I think it was just that the wording was confusing. I can see now how it could read either way. I did, however, use it tonight at Walmart just to see and I got it for free, not buy one get one free.

The $1 off any Huggies Bath and Body coupon can be used on the trial sized wipes that are in the travel section for 97 cents.

A couple of magazines came out w/$1 off any Carefree product, this will get you some liners or a small package of pads for free. The coupon is like a card stock insert in the mags and I think Shape was one of the magazines.

Got this stuff FREE today from Walmart. Found them located in the clearance section.

$3.00 Centrum New Formula, 50 tablets, used $3 off any mfg q.
$1.50 Colgate Total Advanced Fresh 4.0 oz., used $1.50 off any Total mfg q.

And for those who don't want to use the No-Nonsense q for free panty hose they had some nice 3-PKs of socks clearanced at $3.00 (hanging where they usually are with all the socks), so after q = $2.00.
