HA to all the managers who have said they have NO WAY to print ECBs therefor you cannot have a raincheck on ECB items on sale! CVS is starting a new thing where the registers are now programmed for the manager to be able to print a generic ECB right then and there. some sales wil have event numbers that they enter in to the register!! this is good and bad from how i see it. I was using rainchecks to get overage so now i have rethink that. but its good for all the folks who had managers say they simply COULD NOT DO IT! SO HA! get those rainchecks ladies!

i tried it out yesterday! though it is not supposed to start till like the 23rd! but the manager wanted to show me. and wouldnt you know it but my ECBs for the mini meter didnt print! so she printed me out a $5 ECB. Nice huh?

Okay, I know this is a really stupid question, and I'm a 27 year old woman so I should already know- but what are rainchecks? I always hear about them, but I've never used one!

Not a stupid question at all! A raincheck is a piece of paper that a store will give you (if you ask them) that allows you to buy sale items, at the sale price, past the sale date when the restock. It is given out only if the store ran out of a particular item and you wanted to buy some. Usually you need to tell them how many you were going to buy. A store may specify no rainchecks on certain items in their fliers.
